Form layout and data entry order were determined by field personnel, following a logical order, streamlining testing and minimizing data entry time. Nameplate and settings are pre-populated from previous testing or similar devices. Address and common job information is automatically populated for each form added to the job. Extensive equation processing, data lookup and charting are done automatically.

PowerDB can control and operate many electrical test instruments and capture test results directly, or import data from files and other software programs.  Whether you test transformers, relays, batteries or any other electrical apparatus, PowerDB can manage the data you need to determine the reliability of your equipment. 

Customer and contract information is organized in a Job List. This list can be quickly sorted and searched. Opening a specific record in the Job List shows detailed information about the job, such as type of service, order date, sales contact, and invoice information.

All test forms for a job can be sorted and printed in one step. Sorting automatically organizes forms by substation or device type, and position or test date. The print order of forms can then be individually adjusted, if desired.

Drag-and-drop tables, text boxes, images, charts, and more into a form. No database knowledge is required. VBScript® can be used to define calculations, use lookup tables, and even interface with other applications. Tab-order for a form can easily be defined or modified. Sections common to multiple forms, such as logos, headers and footers, can be defined once and included in many forms. One change updates all forms where it is used.
