PowerDB provides a first-class presentation on screen and on paper.

• Test data can be reviewed on-screen. Like the data entry, this data is presented in layout identical to the printed forms.
• Equipment and test results are organized in a "tree" format familiar to Microsoft® Windows users. Equipment is organized in the tree in a real-world hierarchy (user, plant, substation, position). Historical test results are listed below each piece of equipment.
• All test forms for a job can be sorted and printed in one step. Sorting automatically organizes forms by substation or device type, and position or test date. The print order of forms can then be individually adjusted, if desired.
• Comment and Deficiency Summary Reports provide quick access to information collected across all equipment tested as part of a job.
