PowerDB Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to join our team in College Station, TX.  We have both entry level and senior software development positions open. 

JOB DESCRIPTION
PowerDB Inc. makes a software product to collect data in the field while testing electrical apparatus, synchronize it to a central database, and access it for reporting and analysis.  Our developers write code for all levels of this process:

• Data acquisition and control in firmware
• Instrument control via PC
• User interface
• Storage and retrieval from database
• Integration with other systems
• Data transmission via TCP
• Data analysis and presentation

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Create software solutions for our software product (PowerDB)
• Create software solutions for our parent company (Megger)
• Work with hardware product managers and engineers to determine software requirements
• Work with end users to provide technical support
• Prototype possible solutions
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Programming experience in at least one of the following (C++, C#, VB, Java, Objective-C, SQL)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness for some travel (both international and domestic)
